Property Signage Installation
We’re the largest independent property signage installation company in Scotland, which means we’re not limited to areas that we’re allowed to cover & our in-house printing services mean we don’t have to rely on other companies to print boards for us.
Printing
All of our for sale signs are made from high quality Correx fluted polypropylene, available as either 2x 4mm printed boards bonded together or a 6mm board, printed on both sides.
The inks & vinyls we use are UV rated & will last outdoors for up to 5 years, which is much longer than any board would be up for.
We won’t charge set up fees if we receive your artwork in the correct resolution & format, however a small design fee will be charged for any alterations.
Simply log into our system with your username & password, add the property details & the board will be installed at the address within 48hrs. A 24 hour service can be arranged in advance. We have no minimum orders & we won’t expect you to do a set amount of installs per month.

We print & sell consumables too, providing SOLD or UNDER OFFER slips & stickers. Please contact us for pricing.
Window Boards
Need to advertise a property on a busy high street & don’t have anywhere to install an estate board? Window boards are the perfect solution.
Printed on the same Correx as our for sale signs, they fit perfectly inside windows. With a window sucker on each side, they can be stuck to a window & rest assured that they won’t fall down. They’re full reusable so once the property has been sold, just pull the suckers off the window & the board can be moved, ready to be put up at the next property.
Commercial & Development Signs
We don’t just print for sale boards in Glasgow & the rest of Scotland, Frankland Design also designs & manufactures signs for commercial & development properties.
We know that everyone has different requirements for commercial boards & materials used can sometimes be dependent on local council regulations. This is why we team up with local businesses who can provide us with the highest quality metal or timber frames for our signs. The signs themselves are made with high quality Dibond composite sheeting, which is hard wearing & durable, meaning that the sign will stay looking as good as it was on the day it was installed. 5x4ft V boards can also be printed & installed at commercial properties.
Commercial & development boards are not part of our 48 hour working day service & may be weather dependent during the winter months.
